The Many Faces of Pastel is the third class I’ve taken with Juna and, as always, I learned so much more than I expected. We covered the properties of soft pastels, hard pastels and pastel pencils in detail plus we looked at pan pastels. The techniques Juna taught were varied, ranging from using dry pastel on different surfaces, to painting with pastel, and even pastel monoprints.

Juna’s teaching is always excellent and she is very encouraging and honest with her feedback. I highly recommend The Many Faces of Pastel to both beginners and experienced portrait artists.
