I just finished the course The Many Faces of Charcoal and it was a delight to be guided by Juna through each of the six weeks. Her teaching and video-documented step by step approach is for the beginner and experienced alike, very motivating and encouraging and I learned so much. I never knew there were so many different ways to draw with charcoal. Each week was different. The most fun for me was painting with charcoal, water and gesso, staying loose. I also liked the reference photos we used and the freedom to choose our own if we preferred. Sharing in the private Facebook group was an added bonus to learn from each other and receive direct feedback from Juna. I am still in awe of what the group participants created. I highly recommend this course.
